  17. This file contains information regarding the posting of the
  18. Tolman Dental Program package, version 3.1, on Bulletin Board Systems.

  33. As the exclusive copyright holder for Tolman Dental Program, Falk Data
  34. Systems authorizes on-line distribution only in accordance with
  35. the following restrictions.  Disk Vendors and Distributors should
  36. refer to the VENDOR.TXT text file for complete license
  37. information.

  39. The Tolman Dental Program package is defined as containing all the
  40. material listed in the PACKING.LST text file.  If any files
  41. listed in the PACKING.LST text file, or the PACKING.LST file
  42. itself, are missing, then the package is not complete and
  43. distribution is forbidden.  Please contact us to obtain a
  44. complete package suitable for distribution.

  46.     o  The Tolman Dental Program package - including all related program
  47.        files and documentation files - CANNOT be modified in any
  48.        way (other than that mentioned in the following paragraph)
  49.        and must be distributed as a complete package, without
  50.        exception.  The PACKING.LST text file contains a list of
  51.        all files that are part of the Tolman Dental Program package.

  53.     o  Many BBSs customarily add a small text file
  54.        (advertisement) to each archived file.  This text file
  55.        describes the BBS and tells people that the file was
  56.        downloaded from that particular BBS.  Other BBSs add a

  66.        number into the compressed file, which will display when
  67.        the file is uncompressed.  Either of these methods of
  68.        mentioning your BBS are acceptable and may be used,
  69.        provided the program and documentation is otherwise
  70.        unmodified and complete.

  72.     o  Peter T. Smith D.D.S. prohibits the distribution of outdated
  73.        versions of the Tolman Dental Program package, without written
  74.        permission from Peter T. Smith D.D.S..  If the version you
  75.        have obtained is over twelve (12) months old, please
  76.        contact us to ensure that you have the most current
  77.        version.

  79.     o  Licensee shall not use, copy, rent, lease, sell, modify,
  80.        decompile, disassemble, otherwise reverse engineer, or
  81.        transfer the licensed program except as provided in this
  82.        agreement.  Any such unauthorized use shall result in
  83.        immediate and automatic termination of this license.
